Review and download
Check for ghost outlines, repaint and re-run if needed, then save the cleaned image.
- Cover the text generously, including its shadow or outline - leftover fragments are more visible than an oversized patch.
- Text over sky, a wall, or a plain background disappears cleanly. Text over detail leaves a soft smear.
- Large watermarks that cross the whole frame rarely come out well; the fill has too little clean material to sample.
- Zoom in afterwards and look for faint letter outlines and colour shifts where the text used to be.
- Paint-to-erase brush with adjustable size
- Auto-detect pass for high-contrast text
- Distance-weighted pixel fill
- Multi-pass refinement
- Runs entirely in your browser
- Remove a burned-in date stamp from an old digital photo.
- Clean a screenshot of its overlaid caption.
- Take a small corner watermark off an image you own.
- Erase stray lettering from a scanned document photo.
You mark it, and every marked pixel is rewritten as a distance-weighted average of the unmarked pixels around it. It is the same classical fill used by the object remover, running on a canvas in your browser. No model, no upload.
It reduces them, but a watermark blended into the image is harder than solid lettering: the fill replaces the area wholesale rather than separating the two layers. Expect a visible patch on detailed backgrounds.
Removing a watermark from someone else's photo does not give you the right to use it. Use this on your own images, or on ones you are licensed to edit.
